Delivery time PORTUGAL AND SPAIN
1. For orders with destination in mainland Portugal and mainland Spain they have an average delivery time of 3 to 15 working days after the date of confirmation of the respective payment.
If Kseonline.pt is unable to meet a binding delivery deadline for reasons for which Kseonline is not responsible (for example, force majeure), Kseonline will contact the customer immediately, stating a new delivery time. Force majeure includes, in particular, strikes, blockades, stock outs at the supplier or natural disasters.
